About Wellesley Housing Authority

The Wellesley Housing Authority is a State funded public housing authority located in the town of Wellesley, Massachusetts. The WHA's property portfolio consists of four (4) State- funded Elderly properties and two (2) State-funded Family properties which are owned or managed by the WHA. The Wellesley Housing Authority has been awarded one (1) State subsidized rental voucher and eleven (11) Federal Section 8 rental vouchers. The WHA owns or manages a total of 246 rental units or housing opportunities.
